For older Rex roofs with multiple small issues, we can also bundle several Roof Repair fixes into one visit to save you a second trip charge.
We also keep a written log of what was repaired and where, so if a similar issue crops up later, we already know your Rex roof's repair history.
We also stand behind every Roof Repair with a written guarantee, so a repair that fails prematurely gets fixed again at no extra charge.
State-licensed technicians carry current credentials on every Roof Repair call.
Local Rex dispatch means most repair calls get scheduled within 24 to 48 hours.
Written estimate before any repair work begins, no verbal-only pricing.
Moisture meters and a full roof walk-through come standard on every repair call.
If you're not sure which category your issue falls into, describe it when you call and we'll point you in the right direction.
We match shingle color and profile as closely as possible so a Rex repair doesn't stand out.
We reseal and re-flash trouble spots that general contractors often overlook entirely.
We trace water intrusion back to its actual entry point, not just the ceiling stain below it.
Cracked rubber vent boots are one of the most common Rex leak sources, and one of the easiest to miss.
Soft or spongy spots usually mean the decking underneath has started to rot and needs replacing, not just resealing.
Cracked or lifted ridge caps compromise the highest, most exposed part of your Rex roof first.
We keep the Roof Repair process short on purpose — most repair calls don't need a multi-visit ordeal to get resolved.
Technicians arrive with a stocked truck, ready to diagnose and often repair in the same visit.
You'll know the scope and the price before any repair work actually begins.
We don't consider a Roof Repair finished until the actual leak source is resolved.
They traced our leak to the actual source instead of just patching where the stain was.
